We are looking for a lifelong learner to lead our Auth0 go-to-market team for Australia and New Zealand, driving growth across key accounts by leading a team of Account Executives. The role involves overseeing business development efforts, coaching through complex sales cycles, and partnering with cross-functional teams for customer success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business plan to meet revenue, pipeline, and headcount goals in the ANZ region. Serve as executive sponsor for select strategic accounts. Lead day-to-day operations of a Sales team and hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent. Ensure precise forecasting and maintain up-to-date Salesforce hygiene. Coach Account Executives in closing complex deals and drive strategic territory and account planning. Collaborate with solutions engineering, customer success, legal, marketing, renewals, and partners to deliver outcomes for customers. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales. 4+ years in SaaS sales leadership, ideally leading teams closing six- to seven-figure deals. Background in cloud security or identity and access management is a strong advantage. Proven track record of building and executing successful partner and ISV strategies.
