About the Role – Business Development Manager Reinforce Solutions is experiencing strong national growth and is creating this role to expand our client base across Australia. We are looking for a high‑energy, proactive Business Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, building relationships and creating new opportunities across a wide range of industries including: Holiday and tourist parks Motels and accommodation providers Caravan/RV parks Strata communities and body corporates Rural estates and private landholdings National parks, public lands and recreational facilities Councils, government agencies and Defence training/range areas This role suits someone who enjoys a flexible, fast‑moving sales environment and wants to make a genuine impact on a growing national business. Strong pipeline balance: inbound enquiries + 60–70 percent new business focus. Large and diverse client base for stable long‑term growth. Work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities in priority sectors. Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects. Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through to contract commencement. Represent Reinforce at industry events, conferences, trade shows and stakeholder meetings. Prepare proposals, quotes and tailored service solutions for clients. Work collaboratively with operational teams to support seamless mobilisation and customer success. Maintain CRM records, activity logs and weekly reporting standards. What We’re Looking For Strong background in proactive sales, cold outreach and pipeline creation. Experience in Business Development or Account Management selling into “white space”. Exposure to any of the following is highly desirable: Holiday parks / accommodation / property management Facilities maintenance or caretaking services Defence, government, land management or remote‑operations sectors Confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable working autonomously while managing an end‑to‑end sales cycle. Results‑driven mindset with strong commercial awareness. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively. Motivated self‑starter who enjoys flexible, fast‑paced environments.
