The club is a busy thriving club on 2 acres of beautifully maintained parkland which caters for both, the older migrants as well as the younger, often Australian born generations. Many of these will want to keep in touch with the rich historical and cultural heritage, stretching from the ice ages to the modern successor of a thousand-year-old empire. Our objective is to promote Austrian culture in Australia with particular emphasis on Austrian Cuisine, Music and Arts. Additionally, to help enable children and young people to participate in social, cultural and artistic activities. Website : https : / / / community Daily tasks include Prepare and cook a variety of Austrian and European dishes to high standards. Overseeing the quality of dishes during all phases of preparation and presentation. Develop meal plans, calculating food and labour expenses, and sourcing ingredients. Assist with inventory control and contribute to menu planning. Collaborating with Managers and front-of-house staff to address food preparation Concerns Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent service during busy shifts. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety guidelines. Handling food preservation methods such as freezing. Requirements 1) Certificate III in Commercial Cooker and Certificate IV in Kitchen Management mandatory 2) At least 1 year of work experience. 3) Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic 4) Be a team player and a good communicator Annual salary: $ 76,515 + superannuation (38 hours per week).
