Membership Database & IT Officer (12‑Month Contract) Are you tech‑savvy, detail‑focused and great with people? Join us as our next Membership Database & IT Officer and help strengthen our iMIS membership system and digital processes. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate member and lodge records Build and run iMIS queries & reports Provide first‑line technical and system support Troubleshoot data, login and workflow issues Assist with billing, capitation and finance tasks Improve portals, forms and self‑service features Experience using a membership, CRM or similar database Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365 Understanding of privacy, confidentiality & information security Clear communication skills – able to explain technical info simply Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with ASI iMIS (Cloud, IQA, iUpdate, portals, dashboards) Experience in a member‑based or volunteer‑led organisation Understanding of Freemasonry or Freemasons Victoria Experience with membership billing, subscriptions or capitation Experience with events or member communications in an AMS/CRM Qualifications in information systems, business, data analytics or similar Why Join Us?
