We are now looking for Casual Chef’s at all levels to join the team during this very exciting time as we head into the opening of our new Eastern Mediterranean rooftop venue, Cleo. Job Description Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes across restaurant, conferencing and events and in-room dining Support day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently Ensure all dishes meet brand and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and attention to detail Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations Communicate effectively with front-of-house and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications What we’re looking for Has proven kitchen experience within a hotel, restaurant or event environment Brings enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for great food Works well under pressure and thrives in a team environment Has relevant culinary qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Flexible availability to support with different service periods Additional Information What we offer Worldwide Accommodation and Food & Beverage Discounts at Ennismore and Accor properties Be part of a creative, energetic, and supportive team Career growth opportunities across our wider hospitality group Daily Staff Meals At Hyde Melbourne Place, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
