Full time role - Monday to Friday Excellent salary + bonus scheme + benefits Genuine opportunity for development & internal progression Capral Aluminium is seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator - Kit Centre to join our team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with Australia's leading Aluminium Manufacturing and Distribution company. About the Role This role is responsible for coordinating inventory and order management within the Kit Centre, ensuring timely and complete deliveries. It requires strong organisational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities Process customer orders through the Capral estimating program Collate, prioritise, and track orders through to delivery Liaise with powder coating, anodising, and other suppliers to ensure deadlines are met Communicate with internal departments (sales, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve order concerns Discuss discrepancies and technical information directly with customers Manage the complaints process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Order and manage consumables for the Kit Centre Coordinate with maintenance suppliers to ensure equipment functionality Produce weekly reports on Kit Centre orders and delivery performance Monitor and report on lead times, distributing data to relevant stakeholders Champion personal safety, risk minimisation, and a strong SH&E culture Perform other duties as required and appropriate to the role About You You will be a self‑motivated person who enjoys working in a high‑performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have: Excellent communication and relationship building skills High accuracy and attention to detail Understanding of inventory management, stock trends, and forecasting Previous inventory, manufacturing or customer service experience Intermediate Microsoft suite skills An LF licence is preferred but not a must. Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre‑employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
