Marketing Specialist Start: January 2026 (with paid casual onboarding in December) About the Role We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking Marketing & Content Manager to help shape and grow the brand presence of our legal-sector businesses. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital storytelling, knows how to build authentic engagement across social platforms, and brings fresh ideas to a professional environment. You will work across multiple brands within our group, including confidential initiatives launching in 2026 (details will be shared during the interview process under strict confidentiality). This role also includes guiding two junior marketing assistants focused on student and early-career engagement. Responsibilities Lead content strategy and social media execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels Develop modern, high-quality content including short-form videos, graphics, posts and campaigns Build a strong, consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints Oversee and mentor two junior/student marketing assistants Manage content calendars, scheduling, briefs and creative direction Support broader marketing initiatives including partnerships, events and digital campaigns Ensure all marketing aligns with brand guidelines and confidentiality requirements Handle day-to-day brand management and support strategic growth projects What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of social media and digital trends Ability to create engaging, platform-native content Confident with short-form video, visual storytelling and copywriting Creative mindset with a polished, professional execution style Highly organised, with good time management and attention to detail Able to take initiative and work independently Comfortable feeding ideas directly to the Founder and leading execution Strong writing, editing and visual communication skills Experience guide (flexible): 1–4+ years in marketing, content creation, brand, digital, or social media A portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly valued Professional services experience is a bonus but not essential Why Join Us Full-time role with significant creative responsibility Shape the branding and digital direction of a growing legal-sector group Work directly with the Founder with fast decision-making Exposure to exciting confidential projects launching in 2026 Opportunity to lead and develop junior marketing staff Be part of building something fresh within a traditional industry How to Apply Please send your CV and links to your best recent work (social content, videos, campaigns or designs) to: Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Industries Technology, Information and Internet Location Sydney, New South Wales, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
