Corporate - Contract Law Attorney in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory Job Responsibilities: The Senior Associate at the law firm will be engaged in high-profile corporate and commercial transactions, with responsibilities including: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating core transaction documents. Undertaking due diligence reviews and managing specialist teams' delivery of advice. Performing legal research on complex issues. Working closely with partners on complex matters.
