A snapshot of the role: Manage vendor relationships and coordinate admin tasks for the facilities activities Contribute to monthly reporting processes and supporting the documentation requirementsThe ideal candidate will be adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of efficiency, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.Facilities experience or exposure to building management or maintenance Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms and appreciate the skills At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
