Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back and feel proud to be part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters like tackling climate change, mental health, and well-being.Let’s care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.You'll be responsible forMonitoring the performance of repair shops to achieve positive performance outcomes, including regular on-site visitsIdentifying market and industry trends, evaluating and applying strategies to improve repair shop performanceUnderstanding and anticipating customers needs by developing strong business relationships combined with competitor analysis to improve customer insights.Overseeing the onboarding of new repair facilities and supporting the offboarding of repair facilities not meeting required performance standardsSupporting the application of nationally consistent Assessing policies, procedures and work practicesAbout youMust have trade qualifications as a Panel beater, Spray painter or Motor MechanicMotor insurance experience would be highly desirableCurrent and practical knowledge of the smash repair industryExcellent negotiation and data analytical skillsDemonstrated capability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demandsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.Team player who collaborates well with others to achieve customer centric outcomesWhat's on offerBe part of a team that’s open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Insurance products.
