Customer Advisor – Robina, QLD NAB – Branch Customer Advisor About the Role You will be the first point of contact for customers at NAB’s Robina branch, delivering a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every day. You will identify suitable products, facilitate banking transactions, and promote our self‑service and digital banking options. Key Responsibilities Support the Robina branch by being the first point of contact for customers. Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Demonstrate and promote our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to simplify banking for customers. Maintain a customer‑centric approach, ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate. Qualifications & Experience Passion for delivering gold‑class experiences for a diverse range of customers. Team player with keen attention to detail. Customer‑centric thinking and appreciation for inclusion and customer diversity. No banking experience required – full training provided. The Hours 8:30 am – 4:45 pm on Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and 8:30 am – 5:15 pm on Thu.
