You will work with the Marketing and Communications team and collaborate closely with Media & PR, Residential Services, Home Care, Retirement Living, People & Culture and Engagement & Purposeful Living teams, ensuring every story reflects our heart. You will build partnerships with the CEO, Executive team, regional managers, community groups and agencies to deliver campaigns that make a difference. Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative, insight‑led campaigns for Residential Care, Home Care and Retirement Living. Craft compelling content across digital and traditional channels to engage audiences. Support recruitment and internal engagement initiatives with inspiring marketing materials. Collaborate with agencies, designers and suppliers to produce standout assets. Track performance and share insights for future marketing decisions. Provide forward‑thinking recommendations to guide strategic priorities. Maintain and optimise the online presence on website, social channels and intranet. Lead day‑to‑day collaboration with digital agency. Manage paid digital advertising platforms. Use analytics to refine digital storytelling. Partner with teams to uncover opportunities and local success stories. Identify and support community events and marketing opportunities. Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer insights and emerging trends. Support event planning and promotion to strengthen community presence. Champion innovation in marketing and communication. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Manage campaign budgets and uphold brand integrity. Take ownership of results and accountability for delivery. Ensure compliance with policy and ethical standards. Success Looks Like Campaigns are data‑informed, creative and deliver measurable impact. Education and Experience Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role. Experience in the aged care or not‑for‑profit sector (desirable). Skills and Capability Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends. Proven ability to plan, deliver and measure effective campaigns. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and agency management. Excellent writing and content development skills. Experience with publishing and analytics platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and content editing tools (desirable). Ability to travel across NSW and ACT as needed.
