Position: Senior Desktop Support Officer Location: VIC, NSW Duration: 12 Months with extension We are looking for a "Senior Desktop Support Officer" for one of our Federal Client based in VIC, NSW. Responsibilities Customer service support: Level 4 (SFIA) – Monitors service delivery channels and collects performance data. Assists with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards. Applies these standards to resolve or escalates issues and gives technical briefings to staff members. Incident management: Level 4 (SFIA) – Ensures incidents are handled according to agreed procedures. Prioritises, diagnoses and investigates incidents and seeks resolution. Escalates unresolved incidents, facilitates recovery and documents incidents. Performance management: Level 4 (SFIA) – Provides operational direction, support and guidance to assigned colleagues. Allocates routine tasks or project work, monitors quality and performance against agreed criteria, coaches colleagues, facilitates effective teamwork. Quality assurance: Level 4 (SFIA) – Plans, organizes and conducts assessment activity; determines quality control; conducts formal assessments or reviews; collates evidence; drafts compliance reports; determines risks, proposes corrective actions; provides guidance. Stakeholder relationship management: Level 4 (SFIA) – Deals with problems and issues, manages the resolution, corrective actions, lessons learned, and dissemination of relevant information. Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan and gathers feedback to measure effectiveness. Requirements Must be an Australian Citizen. Must be able to obtain Baseline.
