We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Coordinator to lead operations across some of Darebin’s premier venues: Darebin Stadiums (Narrandjeri and DCSS), Darebin Golf (Bundoora and Northcote), and our brand new facility, the Bundha Sports Centre. In this full‑time role, you will oversee all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping menus, managing suppliers, driving compliance, and leading a dynamic team to deliver hospitality excellence across multiple sites. More about the role This role will be an integral part of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage offerings at Darebin Golf, Stadiums and the Bundha Sports Centre. Responsibilities for this hands‑on role will include: Ensure the exceptional delivery of customer service standards and that staff are held accountable for service delivery Stock and inventory management – including ordering, unpacking, merchandising and stock takes Ensure F&B areas remain in a useable, safe and presentable state at all times Ensure adherence to the Food Safety Plan and hygiene standards and compliance levels Lead great customer experience for all members and visitors Ensure that all venue policies and procedures are followed by the hospitality team The perks Great workplace culture, true to our values Free golf and gym membership across our managed sites – fair use policy applies Salary packaging opportunities All about you 2 + proven years’ experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality, Entertainment and/or Recreation industries. Flexible to work days/evenings and weekends Excellent communication, time management and multi‑tasking skills Proven track record of working in a high paced, active F&B entertainment space Vibrant and energetic energy Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willing to undertake Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Working with Children Check and National Police Check Please apply via seek, attach a copy of your current resume and your cover letter.
