As our Business Development Manager – SME Clients, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy, working with small to medium businesses to deliver tailored waste management solutions that make a difference. This role is about partnering with clients, understanding their challenges, and creating solutions that support both their operations and the environment. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the SME market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to drive improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare engaging sales presentations and reports to showcase performance and growth opportunities. About You Proven experience in a Business Development role within the Waste Industry or B2B sales environment is desirable. Strong communicator with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines while achieving targets. Strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities, analysing market trends, and developing actionable plans. Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a Sales CRM is desirable. Valid Driver’s License (Unrestricted). Why join Cleanaway?
