We are seeking experienced Implementation Consultants to join our growing Consumer Goods and Services (CGS) practice. We are open to applicants from any major city across Australia. Key Qualifications Experience in Dayforce workforce management, either through project delivery or BAU support. A background in HR, payroll or workforce management, along with intimate knowledge of one or more Australian Awards such as GRIA, the Clerks Award, the Retail Award, the Hospitality Award, the Manufacturing Award or other similar multi-award environments and have implemented or supported other SAAS HR products. Responsibilities Working with CGS clients to understand and document business requirements, including Award conditions under instruments such as GRIA, Clerks, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing and enterprise agreements. Collaborating with our people to design, configure and deliver a Dayforce solution aligned to complex operational models across multi-site, shift-based and seven-day operations. Supporting clients through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data validation and operational readiness for Dayforce Go Live. Providing guidance and insights drawn from industry experience to help clients optimise scheduling, labour planning and compliance. Contributing feedback to help us continuously improve how we deliver projects across the CGS portfolio. Required Skills Experience with high-volume rostering and scheduling in CGS sectors such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, transport and logistics, cinema and entertainment, and other multi-site environments. Strong understanding of Australian Award compliance, particularly GRIA, the Clerks Award, the Manufacturing Award, the Retail Award or similar instruments. Exposure to penalty structures, overtime rules, allowances, breaks and rostering conditions under award or enterprise agreement frameworks. Ability to interpret operational requirements and translate them into Dayforce configuration. About You Great interpersonal skills and the ability to present to small groups confidently. Ability to juggle competing priorities and work in a high pace environment. Strong analytical and organisational and listening skills. The enthusiasm and energy to support a collaborative culture and ensure project timelines are met. A positive, proactive approach to learning. Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service. Experience in payroll, workforce management or HR systems.
