The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the organizational structure, enhancing operational efficiency and driving the strategic growth agenda.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap with the leadership team (Ever 2030 Program, ESG)Drive cross functional alignment between TechOps, R&D, Finance and CommercialContinuous improvement across the value chain and process landscape to secure scalability and competitiveness:Undertake operational excellence initiatives across procurement, production, supply chain, R&D and commercial operations Support digital transformation in all functionsImplement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies where usefulSupport M&A & CAPEX projects from the economic and technical feasibility phase through implementation Carry out project deep dive analyses to support critical business decisionsCoordinate internal and external strategic communicationYour profileUniversity degree in business, natural sciences or engineering5+ experience in pharma supply chain, production, sales or strategy Competence in operational excellence and process optimization, preferably with exposure to digital transformation, AI, or other tools Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modelingTrack record in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion.Demonstrated leadership and communication skills We offerthe chance to develop your role and grow in an exciting and demanding multinational work environment where active participation is supported and encouraged.We offer an over-salary benefit-related salary (dependent on education, qualifications, and work experience) plus other social benefits.If you would like to be part of our internationally successful team, please apply in confidence to:
