To support our sales operations and ensure efficient communication and coordination, we are looking for a proactive and organized Compliance & Certification Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Vienna, Austria, on a full-time basis. Regulatory Compliance Management :
Ensure all products comply with applicable international and regional regulations, including CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and other relevant standards. Prepare and issue certificates of conformity in compliance with various local regulations and standards, ensuring accurate documentation for each region. Supplier and Partner Management:
ESG Support:
Assist in preparing and coordinating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reports, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and alignment with the company's sustainability goals. Develop and implement processes to streamline certification workflows, improve compliance efficiency, and ensure effective cooperation with external partners. Prepare for and manage external audits or inspections related to product compliance, certifications, and ESG reporting, ensuring supplier compliance aligns with internal standards. Provide regular updates to management on compliance status, potential risks, and delays, including those arising from partner or supplier issues. Experience in Compliance and Certification:
Several years of experience in regulatory compliance, product certification, and sustainability initiatives, ideally in the consumer electronics industry. Proven ability to work with global manufacturing partners and suppliers to secure certifications, technical documentation, and compliance guarantees. Ability to interpret technical standards, legal requirements, and sustainability criteria accurately and effectively. Experience with compliance management tools and software, ideally Microsoft Business Central or similar systems. Fluency in English is essential. German and other foreign languages are an advantage. Take on diverse responsibilities, actively shape compliance strategies, and contribute significantly to the company's success.
