The Virtual Account Executive is a sales professional focused on acquiring and developing business within assigned territories and verticals, while looking for new logo prospects and developing existing accounts. Candidates will effectively spend 70% of their time on active selling and 30% on supporting tasks such as network quotes, agreeing conditions with partners, and other tasks related to sales.

Virtual Sales Tasks
  • Acquire new logo business, build strong pipeline.
  • Actively seek out and develop new customers and new opportunities.
  • Proactively contact existing clients to maximize business potential – active upsell/cross-sell.
  • Engage with new leads provided by the Operations Team, maximizing MQL conversion into real opportunities.
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Acquire and develop own customer portfolio – direct touch with end users is a requirement.
  • Provide consistent interaction with existing customers – upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Ensure that information about new products, services, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
  • Maintain and build account relationships.
  • Represent the Company at industry trade shows and conferences – travel requirements are a must.
Other tasks
  • Manage day-to-day client meetings.
  • Maintain all information about customers, including all contact information and call reports, accurately and timely in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Manage jobs from quotation stage to booking in line with client expectations and communicate effectively any service issues.
  • Manage and follow up on quotes.
  • Act as an internal liaison with the operations team assisting with quotations and service information.
  • Report activities to the country manager.
  • Strong German Language skills
