Job Description THE CHALLENGE**:

  • Discover suppliers and initiate business partnerships and maintaining these relationships
  • Negotiate with external vendors
  • Setting up procurement processes and monitoring/improving on policies
  • Preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Examine existing contracts
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams
  • Keeping up to date with trends and innovations
  • Track costs to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Control spending

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required
  • Proven working experience in IT environments
  • Experience in updating or developing procurement processes
  • Previous experience in a similar role in procurement is required
  • Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts
  • Good Knowledge and interest of the IT market players/suppliers/internet lines
  • Interest in negotiations and networking
  • Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other European language will be considered as a plus.
