- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen?
Als Teil des globalen Teams der Sales Processes & Tools, jedoch als funktionsübergreifender Dienstleister für S&S, PLM&E, Marketing sowie weitere interne Kunden, generieren Sie Insights für Fragestellungen rund um unsere Kunden, Märkte und Produkte. Sie vertreten aktiv ein kundenorientiertes Mindset und nutzen das Palfinger Netzwerk, um eine globale Community aufzubauen.

**Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams "Center of Excellence Customer and Market Insights"
- Positionierung der Abteilung als interner Dienstleister für Sales & Service, Product Line Management und Marketing
- Beratung der Stakeholder in Forschungsfragen
- Schnittstelle zu relevanten Stakeholdern und Ansprechpartnern in strategischen Fragestellungen inkl. Beratung
- Etablierung des Intelligence Cycles von der Planung und Definition von Fragestellungen bis hin zu Kommunikation, Follow-Up und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Methoden sowie Einführung innovativer neuer Wege, um Insights zu generieren
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Tools, Prozessen und Methoden
- Koordination von internen und externen Ressourcen (inkl. Sourcing)
- Budgetverantwortung, Ressourcenplanung
- Direkte Leitung und Durchführung von ausgewählten Projekten

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, im Bereich qualitativer bzw. quantitativer Forschung, Agenturerfahrung
- Passion für strategische Fragestellungen rund um Konsumentenverhalten sowie Markt
- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Affinität zu Investitionsgütern und Maschinenbau
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten sowie überzeugendes und souveränes Auftreten
- Ausgezeichnete Präsentationsskills sowie hohes Maß an Resilienz
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Anlassbezogene Reisebereitschaft

Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Ihrer Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 53.068,12 brutto pro Jahr).
