**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine ganzheitliche Business-Strategie für USMCA (USA, Mexiko, Kanada) um, die sich an den globalen Zielen und Markttrends in der Smart-Home-Branche orientiert.
- Du identifizierst und pflegst strategische Partnerschaften mit wichtigen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Vertriebs-, Retail
- und Technologiepartnern, und erweiterst die Marktreichweite und treibst das Umsatzwachstum voran.
- Du pflegst stets engen Kontakt mit dem Headquarter in Österreich und stimmst dich kontinuierlich mit den Departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) in Bezug auf internationale Projekten ab.
- Du bist für das Business-Controlling und die Bedarfsplanung verantwortlich.
- Du analysierst lokale Markttrends, den Mitbewerb und die Kundenwünsche, um Strategien gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam zu entwickeln.
- Du fungierst als Hauptansprechpartner:in und Vertreter:in für Nuki in Amerika und nimmst an Events/Messen sowie Konferenzen teil.
**Deine Qualifikation**:
- Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales, Marketing, Business Development oder einem verwandten Bereich in einer leitenden Position innerhalb der Consumer Electronics Branche oder ähnlichen Technologiesektoren mit.
- Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft oder Marketing.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder, Märkte, Partnerschaften und Umsatzwachstum.
- Du bringst Know-How für Smart-Home-Technologien (IoT im Allgemeinen) und verwandten Markttrends mit.
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise sowie eine starke Problemlösungs
- und Entscheidungskompetenz
- Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich), weitere Sprachkenntnisse (idealerweise Spanisch) sind von Vorteil.
- Du kennst den US-amerikanischen Markt und hast die Bereitschaft, dich nach den ersten Monaten der Anstellung in den USA niederzulassen.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, gehst die Extrameile und arbeitest gerne in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
