Fantastic opportunity available for an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic business development professional to step up in a role as Business Development Manager. Based in Homebush you will be very familiar with this well known and highly regarded brand who are stable and demonstrating continuous year on year growth.

The ideal candidate must have experience working within retail or FMCG industries. You will be a "people person" with an ability to communicate and liaise with various internal company contacts as well as key external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential. 

The role is made of 80% of your time managing and developing new business and 20% dealing with existing business partnerships. Your strategic development of this business is key to its success. 

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, drive, enthusiasm and a passion for business development and account management.

You will have extensive proven experience in building and managing relationships including networking and developing new business opportunities and pitching new initiatives. Marketing exposure is also ideal. 

You will also need to be analytically sound and have strong planning skills. You must display superior attention to detail and you will possess excellent time management skills. Your professionalism and presentation skills are absolutely essential. 

This is a state based role with limited travel.
