THE ROLE: Responsibilities:
- People & Culture Operations: Oversee the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Event Management: Coordinate key healthcare conferences and lead internal team offsites (next one in Bali, Oct 2024).
- Admin Support: Act as a senior EA for the CEO, giving him superpowers (~20% of your time).
- Ideal: Can work in-person in our Subiaco area Office 4 days p /weel
About You:
- Early in your career (e.g. a recent grad or a few early stage roles)
- Future business founder / snr exec - in the future you’re excited about being a leader
- Extremely organised - likely a lover of checklists
- Project Weapon; you’ve run ‘on point’ on projects where many stakeholders were involved.
- Confident with execs/snr people: you
- Fast: you move from concept to executing rapidly.
- “People person”: you quickly connect with others over calls, emails, and in-person.
- Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
- Coachable, actively seeking and embracing feedback.
- High Tech IQ: (tech intelligence) - you’ve used tech to accelerate your process/systems
