JBI TYRES is a leading distributor of high-quality tyres in New South Wales, Australia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business in New South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and tire distribution market.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and market presence in New South Wales.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings to meet customer needs.

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and revenue.

7. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

9. Monitor and track sales performance, KPIs, and targets, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and foster partnerships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not a must).

2. Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry or tyre distribution sector.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

4. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed within New South Wales.

8. Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
