OVERVIEW

As our ** Finance Assistant ** (f/m/d), you'll be a key member of the Eversports Finance team, collaborating with Customer Care and Product teams to ** elevate our online payment processes, ensuring flawless invoicing. ** Through managing your own projects and contributing towards achieving department OKRs, we will provide you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and be part of our mission to " ** Make Sports Happe**

**VIENNA, Austria**

YOUR TASKS- Collaborate with Customer Care and Product Teams to ** enhance transparent online payment processes**- Handle ** ticketing for inquiries ** related to payout delays, rhythm changes, refunds, and disputes using our external payment provider tool, Stripe**Ensure**
**flawless invoicing ** by checking technical aspects before sending them out, ** reducing complaints based on technical bugs*** Help analyze business cases to tailor online payment methods to specific business needs- Support B2B and B2C customers with solution-oriented answers, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties

YOUR PROFILE
- **Fluency in German (both written and spoken) **, and proficiency in English are essential skills**First-hand experience**
**in a customer-oriented work environment- Strong ** Excel/Spreadsheet skills**- Structured, ** detail-oriented ** working style with analytical and problem-solving skills*** Education in HAK (business high school) or business related studies- Fluency in Dutch is a plus
