Associate License Administration Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation and administration of licenses and customer objects in internal databases
- Direct / active contact with new customers after signing a contract
- Targeted tracking and analysis of inquiries
- Development of innovative and efficient processes, both internally and for customers
- Basic project work
- Internal communication through various departments and all hierarchical levels

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in support or in a comparable role with customer contact
- Customer-oriented way of working and a sense of responsibility
- Experience in contracting and business administration is a plus
- Knowledge of licensing technologies is an advantage
- Technical and analytical understanding & hands on mentality

- gross per year for this position according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
