AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a:_

**Regulatory Affairs Specialist (f/m/d)**:
**Professional Skills**:

- University degree in Natural Science
- 1-2 experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Attention to details and ability to deliver high quality documentation
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external partners with different cultural backgrounds
- Full proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus
- Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus

**Ready for an ambitious job?**:

- You gain competency and experience in RA management, procedures, tools and AOP products
- You prepare documents and the compilation of Module 1, including CPPs, GMP certificates, price certificates, statements and other types of declarations, notarized/legalized/apostilled copies of documents etc.
- You ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining relevant data and documents in the Regulatory Database and Document Management System
- You order CPPs, GMP certificates and change control tracking on RA side

**Like to take accountability?**:

- You review and finalize relevant dossier sections and documents for Modules 2-5 according to internal procedures
- You support in lifecycle management to maintain existing licenses for assigned product(s), including variations, renewal, PSURs, notifications, sunset clause etc.
- You manage payments for regulatory procedures and annual fees
- You prepare eCTD sequences in DocuBridge and ‘4-eyes-review’ of sequences

**Able to align?**:

- You coordinate responses to questions from Authorities and submission in due time
- You communicate with regulatory authorities worldwide and internal stakeholders
- You stay up-to-date regarding national and international legislation and guidelines, e.g. Austrian Medicinal Act, EMA and EC guidelines etc.
- You coordinate consultants and external partners, e.g. MAHs, distribution partners etc.
