**Als Assistant to VP Engineering (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.**
- unseren Vice President Engineering bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten sowie Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Schriftverkehr und dem Reisemanagement zu unterstützen
- Präsentationen, Berichte und Tabellen zu erstellen sowie als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Abteilungen und externen Partnern zu fungieren
- Projekte zu verwalten und die Fortschritte zu überprüfen, nach einer angemessenen Einarbeit auch Projekte eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen
- an der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen mitzuarbeiten bzw. neu zu gestalten

**Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst**
- Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich vorzugsweise im technischen Umfeld
- eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - weitere Fremdsprachen (Polnisch/Tschechisch/Niederländisch) von Vorteil
