**Account Manager FRANCE/ BENELUX (M/F/d)**
**Your job**
You will define and hunt for new leads, leveraging your sales skills and experiences to influence our business growth. You will sell our PATCHBOX products by developing relationships with decision-makers and individuals to drive new business and win new logos. You manage and strengthen the relationship with existing customers and know their needs. Through continuous contact, you are well informed about upcoming projects and advise our customers in finding the right solution. In doing so, you find a balance between fast sales and sustainable growth, between hunting and farming.
**Your profile**
- With at least two years of experience in sales, you know exactly how to create demand with customers, advise them during their decision-making process and close the deal
- You are affine in using sales tools to help you build your pipeline and manage the whole deal cycle from lead generation and opportunity management until closure
- You have a technical background (education or job experience)
- You find it appealing to work in a fast-growing company where there is a lot of room for your personal development. You thrive on your daily challenges, and you have a team-building mindset
- With your creative and prospecting mindset, you develop ways and ideas to finding new leads and opportunities within your sales territory
- Due to your IT affinity and fast learning skills, you soon understand the strengths of our products and start prospecting and advising our customers in the best possible way
- You always look for industry multipliers and accelerators to increase your conversion ratio
- You are a team player, self-motivated, proactive, and communicative, shaping the company's growth through your closing power
- You speak French and English on a professional level
