Regional Sales Manager France/BeNeLux (M/F/x)
Your job
You strengthen the relationship with existing customers in our pipeline and know exactly their needs. Through ongoing contact, you are well informed about upcoming projects and advise our customers in finding the best solution from our portfolio for them.
You define and generate new leads and thereby influence our company growth in your region.
On a daily basis, you align sales with our existing distributors and support them in training their teams to inspire them of our products, so they love to promote our products.
In doing so, you find a balance between fast sales and sustainable growth, always with the idea in mind to offer the respective customers the best solution.
Through proper documentation and information to customers and distributors, you create a good basis for the strategic development of our sales channels.
**Profile**:
- You find it appealing to work in a scale-up where there is a lot of room for your personal development, and at the same time, you are challenged daily.
- With at least two years of sales experience, you know exactly how to create demand with the customer, how to advise them, and how to close a deal
- With your innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, you are bubbling over with your own ideas to find new opportunities in your region
- Due to your IT affinity and your quick understanding, you soon understand the strengths of our products and start advising our customers in the best possible way
- You are numbers-driven, and it is part of your routine to monitor your performance with KPIs and look for levers to improve them continuously
- You are proactive, highly motivated, communicative, and persuasive, and through your closing power, you shape the growth of the company
- You speak excellent English and French

Our employees are essential to us and our most valuable asset. We offer an attractive salary package in line with the market starting at 55.000€ annual gross salary. The package consists of a fixed part and a variable bonus. Depending on your qualification and experience, we offer overpayment.
