**About the role**:
As the** Head of Product** for our SaaS solution you are responsible for the strategic development of our core products, our job board platform and our smart matching technology. You will be able to shape the product vision and to drive a product strategy with a clear focus on product-market-fit. Working closely together with our clients and development, delivery, customer success, sales and the management team you will contribute to enabling our product-led growth and to enable all stakeholders in an outcome-oriented way.

In 2021 we started our transformation from a sales-led B2B software company to a **product-led SaaS provider** and want to continue to strengthen and enable our product team - as a role model we see Marty Cagan’s approach on how to build a product customers love with an enabled team. You will play a key role in this transformation and to grow our product organization as well as to create new products in our core markets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Lead (a) cross-functional, agile team(s) **of developers, product owners, and other roles (UI/UX designer and QA testers)
- ** Drive the product vision and strategy **while ensuring roadmap execution in collaboration with our development team leads
- Steer products** from concept to launch**
- **Define requirements for Jobiqo solutions and/or services**, including strategy definition, requirements analysis, and delineation of the market opportunity (product-market-fit)
- Define, set up and monitor** product performance** reports in an effective way - specifically for development and product release plans
- Collaborate with other teams to get feedback on **new feature requirements and **enhancements to **drive product utilization**
- Participate in sales, customer success, and other customer calls or meetings as appropriate to **understand the needs and requirements of prospects and customers**
- ** Customer Experience Management**
- ** Monitor market trends** and opportunities in our industry as well as join industry conferences and fairs
- Write narratives, use cases, user stories and requirements to **enable the product planning process**
- **Articulate and advocate new product features and benefits **to internal groups, including marketing and sales
- Identify key roles within the product team and support in recruiting efforts to get those roles staffed
- A track-record of building digital products or SaaS, and playing a direct role in driving their success
- A proven history of success in product management roles
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery, product delivery and product management
- A good eye for excellent user experience
- People management experience: You’ve been responsible for performance management, have navigated tough situations with direct reports, and you feel comfortable supporting and developing people to achieve their career goals
- An entrepreneurial mindset. You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
- Experience owning and driving both building and shipping of complex, SaaS products at scale
- A love for storytelling

- The **salary range for this role that we can offer is 70.000;
- € to 90.000;
- € gross per year **(full-time position in Vienna, 14 salaries), depending on your qualification, skills and relevant work experience.
