Sportradar ad:s is providing data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of sportsbooks and publishers. Through our broad sales network, relationships and vast infrastructure that extends across the globe, the team also facilitates sponsorship opportunities for bookmakers.

Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our account management/client success team within the ad:s department to be based ideally in Vienna, Linz or London offices.

The focus of this role will be to join a digital advertising account management/client success team, serving Sportradar’s ad:s clients by using Sportradar’s own, proprietary ad tech stack, while building long-term relationships and ensuring growth and success for all parties.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Active client management and communication
- Coordination and internal alignment between Sales, Media Buying and Product
- Planning, organization, and execution of all relevant account management/client success topics
- Identify additional streams of revenue by cross
- and/or upselling our clients
- Preparation of client facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational presentations
- Ongoing monitoring of client relevant KPIs to take action with internal stakeholders
- Documentation of client related activities in our CRM systems
- Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies

YOUR PROFILE:

- Extensive experience working across sales, key accounts and account management to deliver digital marketing solutions
- Expert knowledge in Digital Advertising, mainly in the AdTech Space
- Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Display a growth mindset by demonstrating pro-activity and commercial thinking
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system is a plus
- Excellent business English skills, any other language considered a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
