**General Manager & Staff - Private Château, South of France**

**Immediate availability preferred; open to temp roles, leading to a potential extended contract.**

Join an exclusive private château in the South of France, renowned for hosting UHNW guests and celebrities. Open for events and rentals, each week is valued up to €100,000 per day, supported by a dedicated team of 50 staff.

**General Manager Role**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, managing 50 staff.
- Provide leadership, training, and motivation to staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Ensure seamless operations for high-profile events and guest experiences.
- Weekly reporting to the owner with updates on staff, operations, and guest feedback.
- Drive marketing initiatives to elevate the property’s brand presence.
- French language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Proven experience managing luxury properties or high-end hospitality environments.**:

**Contract Details**:
