**What to do**:

- Develop and implement conversational AI (e.g. AI models to analyze and interpret audio data from call centers).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our customer service operations.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize agentic AI use case skills to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of AI solutions.

**You check these boxes**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly with audio data ((also multi modal models).
- Proven experience in graph db or knowledge graphs technologies
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with natural language processing and speech recognition technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated skills in agentic AI use cases.
- Fluent in German and English
