Als Digitalisierungspartner großer Unternehmen der Branchen „Utilities, Manufacturing, Finance, Health, Media & Publishing und Tourism“ machen wir Kundendaten intern und extern (Customer Service, HR, Knowledge Management) auf allen Kanälen (Chatbot, Voicebot, E-Mail, Messenger Dienste) verfügbar.

Zur Verstärkung des Service Management Teams suchen wir nach einem/einer “AI Customer Success Manager:in”, der/die Conversational AI und Knowledge Graph Kundenprojekte erfolgreich konzipiert und umsetzt.

Als AI Customer Success Manager:in bist Du von Anfang an in die Projekte unserer Kunden involviert und hast eine entscheidende Rolle in diesem Prozess. Du überprüfst Use Cases von Kunden und setzt diese praktisch um, indem Du unsere Technologie und Plattform nutzt und dabei eng mit unserem IT-Team zusammenarbeitest. Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt in der langfristigen Betreuung der Kunden als Lösungsberater:in und Umsetzer:in ihrer Projekte.

**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Customer Life Cycle von datenspezifischen Kundenprojekten
- Die gewünschten Use Cases erarbeitest du gemeinsam mit den Kunden in unserer Plattform
- Um die Use Cases erfolgreich umzusetzen, arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus dem Produktmanagement, Operations Team und der Technik zusammen
- Du sorgst für erstklassigen Support, um ein hohes Maß an Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
- Du bist für Kundenprojekte zuständig und arbeitest praktisch mit topmodernen Generative KI Technologien wie Microsoft OpenAI oder Google Gemini

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Software Bereich für Business-Kunden
- Erfahrung im praktischen Umgang bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen, Projekten und Produktsupport
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Ergreifen eigener Initiativen mit Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungs
- sowie serviceorientiertem Denken
- Eine hohe Motivation, technische Fragestellungen unserer Partner und Kunden rasch und effizient zu beantworten
- Erfahrung mit Generative KI Tools und Assistenten und Prompting von Vorteil
- Auge fürs Detail und Qualität mit Termintreue
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch: Muttersprache, Englisch: fließend
