Senior Customer Support Manager

Deine Aufgaben:
- Problemlösung von diversen technischen Anfragen unserer Kund:innen per Telefon und Ticketsystem, Du agierst hierbei als **2nd Level Support** (Adaptierung von Datenbank-Einträgen und Bearbeitung von Quellcode)
- **Unterstützung** unserer Kund:innen entlang des gesamten **Kunden-Lebenszyklus** (von How-Tos, über das Einrichten von Kundenaccounts bis zur Klärung von Systemanforderungen)
- **Sicherstellung** der richtigen Verwendung unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems
- Förderung und Sicherstellung der **Kundenzufriedenheit**:
- Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten zur **kontinuierlichen Verbesserung** unseres Customer Supports
Das bringst Du mit:
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im **technischen** **Kundensupport**:
- Gute Kenntnisse mit HTML, CSS sowie Datenbanken (SQL von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung mit diversen Support-/**Ticketsystemen** (Zendesk, Trello etc.)
- Gute Kenntnisse von Cloud-basierten **Softwarelösungen** und der Software-/Webentwicklung mit PHP von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für die **Kommunikation** und **Beratung** unserer Kund:innen
- Hohe IT-Affinität, **Lösungskompetenz** für komplexe Probleme und analytische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
