Business Development Representative

You will be the first sales hire at enliteAI, and you will support us in crafting and implementing our sales strategy and sales playbook, which will allow us to scale our SaaS platform Detekt.
Tasks
- Research companies, sectors, and markets to optimize our prospecting strategy and processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and rapport-building
- Generate and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities
- Work closely with the founders to strategize on key accounts, industries and geographies
- Stay updated on industry trends, key events and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Take full ownership by tracking and analyzing your results
- Work closely with marketing and product management to provide input for impactful campaigns and product roadmaps
- Continually improve and adapt the sales process and share best practices with the team
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years experience as a B2B BDR or within Business Development in a SaaS business
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Experience building and nurturing relationships and enjoy developing business
- Experience with managing outreach campaigns
- Expertise in the public sector or road maintenance industry is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills and a high level of empathy
- Reliable persona with good self-management skills
- Reputable, friendly and entrepreneurial growth mindset
- Willingness to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English; German is a plus
