Head of European Operations

Exciting aspects of the job include work-from-home options, commission on new sales, and an opportunity to influence the expansion of business operations throughout Europe. In this position, you will serve as the key contact responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities, increasing the overall client base in Austria regularly month over month, and creating brand awareness while developing relationships in the local business community with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and office managers.

Tasks

**Daily tasks include but are not limited to**:

- ️ Serve as the primary contact for all existing European business
- Develop a sales strategy to approach Austrian companies and convert them into new clients
- Help develop and follow budgetary guidelines
- Secure meetings for business development opportunities with key decision-makers
- Coordinate with U.S. leadership and operations
- Responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities
- Create brand awareness

**Requirements**:
Entrepreneurial spirit

Excellent interpersonal skills

Adaptability and flexibility

Excellent time management & prioritization skills

Ability to learn new software / ERP /CRM systems to manage schedules and related tickets

Connections to the American community in Vienna and/or a strong interest to create them

Meticulous attention to detail

Great problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Previous Client Service experience

Familiarity with computer system support terminology concepts

**Preferred experience with, but not required**:

- ConnectWise
- IT industry background
