About us
goUrban is used globally to drive the change towards better and more sustainable transportation. The goUrban operating system for new mobility is used to launch, manage, run and grow shared fleet-related services for scooters, bikes, mopeds, and cars.

Your place in the team
For these game-changing challenges, we are looking for a vision-driven Innovation Coordinator (M/F/d) to join us in designing the future of everyday transportation. You will be working closely with product managers and external partners (industry, universities and mobility platforms and events). Your goal is to leverage existing upcoming projects in our product development, find potential partners for collaboration (exp.: universities), identify public funding sources (Horizon, FFG etc.) and make sure that we successfully position our product development at international events.

\_\_What you would be working on\_\_
- Research and identify potential public funds for our internal projects.
- Research, evaluate and prioritise events and conferences that goUrban shall be present internationally.
- Coordinate existing public funding projects and excel project results to a maximum.
- Match internal projects with beneficial partnerships with universities or industry partners.
- Manage and allocate budgets and expenses related to public funding and external relations.
- Assist in setting up and executing the External Relations strategy.
- Understand the project goals and vision of our product managers.
- Organize workshops, keynote speeches and panel discussions in line with our company vision and product roadmap and align with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in various projects including co-branded content promotions and event partnerships with industry partners.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of goUrban’s event attendance and draw conclusions for upcoming events.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with public fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English are mandatory, German is a big plus
- Well organised and sophisticated project management knowledge
- General experience working with budgets and creating reports
- High interest in new technologies
- Very good communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders
- Well-structured and ability to manage deadlines, even during stressful times
- Hands-on mentality
- Experience in the mobility industry and start-up environments is a plus
- Experience in Communications, Events, External Relations or similar is a plus
