**About us**

97% of the time, our cars are not being used and are occupying public space unnecessarily. goUrban's mission is to address this issue by making shared, constantly moving cars a reality through our B2B SaaS platform.

**About you**

For these game-changing challenges, we are looking for a vision-driven Funding and Innovation Coordinator to join us in designing the future of everyday transportation. You will be directly reporting to our CFO and work closely with broader C-suite. Besides that, you will be in daily contact with product managers and external partners (industry, universities and mobility platforms and events).

Your goal is to leverage existing upcoming projects in our product development, find potential partners for collaboration (example: universities), identify public funding sources (Horizon, FFG etc.) and make sure that we successfully position our product development at international events.

**As our Funding and Innovation Coordinator, you will**
- Research and identify potential public funds for our internal projects
- Understand the project goals and vision of our product managers
- Match internal projects with beneficial partnerships with universities or industry partners
- Coordinate existing public funding projects and excel project results to a maximum
- Manage and allocate budgets and expenses related to public funding and external relations
- Be in the front light in announcing new partnerships around our public funding projects
- Assist in setting up and executing the External Relations strategy
- Research, evaluate and prioritize events and conferences that goUrban shall be present at internationally
- Organize workshops, keynote speeches and panel discussions in line with our company vision and product roadmap and align with internal stakeholders
- Assist in various projects including co-branded content promotions and event partnerships with industry partners
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of goUrban's event attendance and draw conclusions for upcoming event

**What we are looking for**
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English are mandatory, German is a big plus
- Experience in working with the academic sector
- Well organized and sophisticated project management knowledge
- General experience working with budgets and creating reports
- High interest in new technologies
- Very good communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders
- Well-structured and ability to manage deadlines, even during stressful times
- Hands-on mentality
- Experience in the mobility industry and start-up environments is a plus
- Experience in Communications, Events, External Relations or similar is a plus
