**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Identify and pursue public funding opportunities (national and international) that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Collaborate with project staff to ensure that proposals are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor the progress of funded projects, including ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and providing timely updates to funders.
- Design, build and maintain up-to-date knowledge platform of public funding trends, regulations, and best practices

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in fields such as public policy, nonprofit management, finance or similar.
- You have at least 9 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in securing public funding for nonprofit organizations.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with funders and other key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of public funding regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent English language skills
