**JOB PURPOSE/ROLE**

Allianz Holding Eins is responsible for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) focusing on strategic development, planning and leadership for financial services sectors within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Sets regional strategy in alignment with the global HR and regional business strategy for People activities across the region providing direction and oversight for local deployment of Resourcing/Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, EVP, Leadership Development & Coaching, Diversity & Global/ Regional Mobility. Responsible for quality of end-to-end execution of processes, products, policies, and programs across the CEE region.
- Works collaboratively with Global People CoE and local people experts to align and streamline the activities across the region and ensure proper & timely implementation.
- Sets functional objectives and priorities for local teams, country resources and vendors delivering People activities.
- Consults business in the areas of organizational excellence, cultural change and Talent Management.
- Sets, leads and facilitates regional Talent Discussions in liaison with regional Head of HR. Supports regional managers and local HR in creating succession and development plans for critical roles/talents and follows up on Talent Discussion action plans. Supports the CEE management team and business leaders in strengthening the leadership capabilities in their teams.
- Drives diversity topics for CEE and supports exchange/leverage of local initiatives e.g. gender diversity, work well and engagement topics in alignment with AZ strategy
- Drive talent mobility and further roll out CEE Mobility Program within CEE region
- Coordinates the CEE nominations for career transition programs (e.g. Development Centers); supports line managers in defining and following up on development plans for critical talents
- Responsible for implementing AZ Group initiatives like #LEAD, SWFP etc. within the region
- Oversees design and effective delivery of learning and development programs that are aligned to Allianz CEE business needs, also assesses their impact.
- Analyzes and proposes approaches to improve the alignment of recruitment, development and performance management processes in order to identify/address skill and talent gaps
- Build strong regional People community

**OUR REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HR, ideally Talent Management and in a global business environment
- University degree in business psychology, business administration or related studies
- Project management experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of concepts, tools and techniques of change and HR management (esp. leadership, cultural/ behavioral change, career management, performance management, T&D)
- Proficient IT Skills (MS Office, SAP HR, Success Factors, etc.)
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) and solid knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably German
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, can do attitude
- Strong consultative and problem solving approach with good networking and relationship building skills
- Solid conceptual thinking, well-structured methodological approach
- Confident to work with multiple senior stakeholders across various areas of the business
