In this role, you will be responsible to support the development and execution of Red Bull’s Global eCommerce strategy. You will analyse market and channel trends, shopper & customer insights and define new strategies and tactics to expand Red Bull’s eCommerce reach and drive online sales growth. You’ll also provide strategy and insights that enable local markets to deliver our ambition across eCommerce channels.

As International eCommerce Specialist you will influence Red Bull eCommerce Global vision and strategy. You’ll support local markets in executing the strategy and solve business challenges, all while activating insights to drive actions that achieve our business objectives.
*** LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL eCOMMERCE TEAMS**
You’ll collaborate with international and local market stakeholders across Marketing (Brand and Advertising), Sales, Finance and Operations. You will work especially close with brand marketing and trade marketing to develop superior eContent and drive its execution across platforms and markets while providing guidance and hands-on support to maximize exposure of Red Bull on eCommerce platforms. You’ll identify and lead workstreams to deliver unique solutions that solve business challenges.
*** DEVELOP NEW TOOLS THAT DRIVE THE BUSINESS**
You will develop new business tools, as well as maintaining and improving existing ones. You will lead the management of the Perfect Online Store capabilities, alongside cross-functional experts.
*** ANALYZE DATA AND IDENTIFY NEW TRENDS**
You’ll analyze market trends and shopper & customer insights to develop recommendations to seize new business opportunities. You’ll be able to develop innovative solutions to address Red Bull’s eCommerce business problems.
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
- Minimum 1 year experience working with global brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market-leading eCommerce players, across sales and marketing
- eCommerce background is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
- Ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
- Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work independently
