We are currently looking for a Director, Human Resources to support the Regional leadership team and Cluster/Country General Managers on HR matters by providing input, guidance and coaching. Ensure the delivery of comprehensive HR services in the CEE, Austria, Switzerland, Israel Commercial Operations affiliates.

Main responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into HR programs to support organization development in the Region
- Design and implement key HR policies and processes in the region; ensure smooth running of HR processes and tools in line w/ global processes
- Manage manpower planning and HR budget
- Advise and support Regional management in HR & organizational matters, lead HR processes and programs
- Oversee and align local recruitment policies and procedures and ensure efficient recruiting in the Region
- Implement professional work contracts and ensure compliance to local labour laws in the Region
- Participate actively to business/strategy planning meeting, support the development of budgets and business plan
- Actively support the development of Corporate HR programs and ensure the implementation in the Region
- Supervise/support local HR in their operative HR tasks
- Consult/inform regional/local Management about all relevant HR initiatives

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- 8-10 years HR experience incl. at least 3-5 years in a multinational environment within the region. Experience in the pharma / life sciences industry is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of human capital and organizational development, HR processes implementation, improvement, and change management.
- Overall knowledge of labor law, social security, and market practices in the Region
- Excellent command of English, preferably at least one language of the Region
- Possess strategic mindset and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves, to be hands-on.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with all stakeholders
- Ability to deal with both ambiguity and complexity.
- Strong business and results orientation.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with an energetic, assertive, proactive, self-aware, solution-oriented personality.
- The position can be based in one of our main markets in the cluster, with Austria or Poland being the preferred locations.
