In einer neu geschaffenen Position wird ab sofort eine dynamische und umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit für folgende Rolle gesucht:
Information Systems & Compliance Leiter*in

Standort: Wien

IHRE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE
- Leitung der Entwicklungs
- und Implementierungsprozesse für die computergestützten Systemprozesse des Unternehmens
- Hauptverantwortung für die unternehmensinternen GxP-konformen wie auch SOX-kontrollierten Systeme und Prozesse unter Einhaltung der Compliance-Richtlinien
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Business Analytics Systemen, Sales & Ops DWHs sowie GxP-konforme Systemen und Prozessen
- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines mehrköpfigen Teams
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprotokollen sowie sorgfältige Datenpflege
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Quality-Management und anderen internen Schnittstellen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu externen IT- Anbietern und Dienstleistern
- Proaktive Bewertung aktueller und neuer Technologien sowie daraus resultierende Anwendungsanpassungen und Systemerweiterungen
- Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Stärkung, Rationalisierung und Verbesserung von Anwendungen, Prozessen und Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit Geschäftssystemen und Technologielösungen im gesamten Unternehmen

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung (mindestens 7 Jahre) in einer Kombination aus den Bereichen Informationssysteme, Projektmanagement, Rollouts & Business Analytics
- Spezifische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld in den Bereichen Life Science bzw. Healthcare oder vergleichbaren Branchen
- Explizite Erfahrung in einem (GxP)-regulierten Umfeld
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen QMS, Validierung computergestützter Systeme, Datenintegrität und Lebenszyklusmanagement
- Kenntnisse von GAMP5, ITIL sowie ITGC-Prozessen wie auch Erfahrung mit SOX Controls & Cloud Computing
- Exzellente Projekt
- und Prozessmanagementskills
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Teams
- Resiliente Persönlichkeit, die ein Team inspirieren, motivieren und weiterentwickeln kann
- Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität sowie proaktivem Gestaltungswillen

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 90.000 (exkl. Bonus) vorgesehen. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung ist selbstverständlich gegeben.
