**British American Tobacco Austria has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Planning Executive (m/w/d) in Vienna**
You will be responsible for an excellent execution of strategic and tactical plans for a multicategory campaign plan to achieve sales, profit, and share goals, and also contribute to the development of the consumer engagement strategy in the retail environment and offline media.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Deploy marketing campaigns on retail communication touchpoints according to agreed plan and timing.
- Ensures execution of out of store (OOH and Print) campaigns according to agreed plan and timing.
- Executes the deployment of retail pricing and promotion activities.
- Supervise the team of campaign planning coordinators.
- Manage internal stakeholders (Consumer experience, category teams, Trade, I&F and Legal). Alongside external suppliers and agencies
- Track, analyse and optimize current initiatives, whilst generating innovative ideas.
- Ensure accurate tracking of various business KPIs, provide regular reporting.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Marketing
- First-class project management skills & ability to work under high time pressure.
- A great team player who is eager to learn and possess _can-do attitude_ and _problem-solving_ mindset to contribute to process and ways of working improvement.
- Dynamic, drives and owns results, seeking challenges.
- First class analytical, interpersonal, communication (oral & written), influencing, presentation skills.
- Good ability to analyze situations, recommend solutions and action plans within organizational policy.
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, PPT).
- Fluent in English, German beneficial
