Reporting to the Head of Supply Operations, as **Supply Engagement Manager,** you will be responsible for defining our supply retention strategy, objectives, roadmap and activities and ensuring delivery against lifecycle KPIs in coordination with other central and local teams.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Ownership of supply lifecycle KPIs - Driver Retention, Driver Reactivation and NPS for all markets. Accountability for the performance of our driver lifecycle segments across all markets in conjunction with a dedicated Data Operations Analyst.
- Business ownership of FREENOW's Driver Loyalty programme and primary point of contact for our Product teams.
- Defining marketing communications priorities and budget allocation including the definition of CRM thresholds, triggers and actions in conjunction with dedicated resources from Marketing.
- Collation of driver feedback including NPS surveys, primary research and customer service feedback to ensure we maintain a clear understanding of driver needs and behaviours. A key element of this will be feeding these insights into our Product teams to enable effective prioritisation of feature development.
- Defining actions to eliminate driver pain points and improve the overall driver experience.
- Coordination of local and central initiatives to close performance gaps and to ensure targets are met. Act as first point of contact for local markets & other central teams (Regional MPP, Marketplace Operations, Product, CRM, etc.) in case of lifecycle performance issues.
- Promote the alignment of the central initiatives to the local reality in each Free Now market, fostering relationships between central and local teams, to ensure best practices deployment and knowledge transfer. To guarantee this alignment, it is estimated to travel 20/25% of the time.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- You are target driven with strong analytical skills that allow you to anticipate, assess and design action plans to close performance gaps.
- You have a natural ability to define and manage several projects and activities at the same time, defining priorities and guiding the team towards the key objectives defined in each quarter.
- You are self-confident and you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to successfully manage and lead cross functional teams.
- You are customer oriented, being able to understand the needs and requirements of our drivers and the different central/local teams, defining specific plans that allow you to analyse, recommend and generate actionable insights that foster problem solving and decision making.
- You have the experience and the capability to anticipate risks, to unblock roadblocks and rally different stakeholders into action.
- You are self-motivated and you have a strong desire for new challenges within a growth stage company. You are happy dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in growing a business.
- You are an excellent communicator and you have great presentation skills, who can convey the detailed aspects of complex processes and requirements in a clear, concise and engaging way. You speak fluent English (German, French or Spanish are a plus).
