- Allgemeine Büroorganisation wie die Telefonbetreuung und die CRM-Datenpflege
- Auftragserfassung und -bearbeitung im SAP
- Administrative Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen
- Organisatorische Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen
- Begleitende Tätigkeiten im F&C und die Verwaltung des Vertragswesen

- Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft BHS, FH, UNI
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Tools CRM-Tools und SAP
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, English von Vorteil
- Kreative und unternehmerische Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Lösungsorientierung
- Gewissenhafte, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
