Your Tasks

Establishment, maintenance and intensification of customer relations with the aim of a long-lasting satisfactory partnership

Ensuring a high client satisfaction and a smooth running of projects with clients through the management of the internal teams. This includes the anticipation of potential risks and problems

Responsibility for incoming orders, turnover, profit, cashflow and managing the account team and the service delivery

Representation of Atos at the client and being responsible for consultation and support with the provided services

Identification of business-needs, as well as the subsequent development and addressing the subsequent offers to the contact persons

Planning and implementing the offer process under consideration of all client’s needs, critical aspects and risks

Proactive identification of new business opportunities and pitching/placing those to the client

Developing the account-growth-strategy, the account targets and identifying the needed resources with the team

Your Profile

Completed education (University degree or similar)

High experience in client relations

Management experience

Being proactive, strategic, and entrepreneurial

High assertiveness and negotiation skills

Very good knowledge of markets, operative processes in the customer business environment and technical knowledge

Fluency in German and English
